IT Support / Helpdesk Technician

I’m an entry-level IT Support Specialist and Cybersecurity Postgraduate student with hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows environments, configuring networks and managing users in Active Directory. I have a strong background in customer service with clear verbal and written communication skills and can effectively support non-technical users in a fast-paced environment.

Through personal labs and projects, I’ve built and configured Windows Server environments and provided Tier 1 support in a simulated enterprise environment supporting 20+ users while performing common helpdesk administration tasks, including creating and managing user accounts, password resets, account unlocks, group membership changes and permissions management. In addition to this, I’ve resolved user issues related to email, account access, authentication and device sign-in issues across on-prem and cloud environments. Furthermore, I’ve created clear documentation for configurations and troubleshooting procedures to address common system issues for repeatable IT support workflows.

I’m passionate about solving technical problems methodically and explaining solutions to users with different levels of technical knowledge. My goal is to expand by foundational knowledge and practical experience through building and maintain reliable systems and providing professional support. I’m currently seeking an entry-level IT Support or Helpdesk position where I can contribute to a team and continue to enhance my system administration and networking skills.
